Supervise and manage software requirements, configuration management, quality assurance testing and release activities for the ICDB (Integrated Clinical DataBase) project. Develop a project plan and provide project management and guidance to obtain C2 accreditation and certification for the program. Develop and manage system security and compliance documentation necessary to certify a military health automated information system to a C2 level of trust. Develop policy and procedure for all software development activities and management. With minimal supervision, develop DITSCAP (system security) submissions for Military Health System program office. Develop certification packages demonstrating compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Research and plan for transition from DITSCAP to DIACAP.
